loose sound in Red Alert 2

This is a discussion about loose sound in Red Alert 2 in the Windows Games category; When i play Red Alert 2 my sound will sometimes leave. I cant hear any sounds untill i restart windows. I have an aureal Vortex 2. anyone else have this problem ?.
