lost Admin password, hot to recover?

This is a discussion about lost Admin password, hot to recover? in the Windows Software category; how can I recover my lost Administrator password of W2k build 2195 FAT16 file system? How could I recover the password if the partition is formatted with FAT32 or NTFS? If you´re wondering, I´m writing this using Win98 on the second primary partition

Go to the file section of www.betanews.com - I saw a tool there a couple of days ago to do exactly this...

try www.lopht.com it might not be win 2000 but the nt 4.0 stuff should work i have tried and succeded with software from this site please dont repost asking what i used because that is half the fun so look and learn i tell u this it is there.

i hope you realy are not stupid enough to lose you admin password.
