LOW harddrive benchmarks - can it really be true?!
Hi. I only get 1. 47MB/sec 'Uncached performance' in the Wintune benchmark test. That's a rather low score isn't it? That's a rather low score isn't it?
My system:
CPU: AMD Thunderbird 1Ghz
Motherboard: ABit KT7 - RAID
HDD: IBM 75GXP - 30GB
256MB RAM
Windows 2000 SP1
My filesystem is NTFS - but that shouldn't make the HDD slower, right?
The harddrive is connected to the RAID port.
If connected to the IDE port I only get 1.23MB/sec.
