Low Level Formatting my HDD

Hey, I have 4 or 5 IBM Deskstar HDD and i am looking to low level format them/zero fill. I work for a company and we need this to be done in order to remove patient information permanently. I looked on IBM's website for a formatting utility but came up with nothing.

Since IBM sold their storage division to Hitachi, you can get all the tools needed from here.

The tools are backwards compatible with IBM branded HDD's too

Hi,
Some old motherboards had the low level format ontion in the bios screen itself.
You may want to try that.

best luck,
Austin.
