LPT1 printer and cd burner
This is a discussion about LPT1 printer and cd burner in the Windows Hardware category; I have a external cd burner and the only way to use it is if it's plugged into where the printer goes then plugging the printer into the back of the cd burner. I have tried unplugging the cd burner and plugging the printer in so I can use the printer but the computer wont even load windows when I do that.

Also, the scanner I have is the same way, you have to plug it into the printer port then plug the printer into the scanner.
Does anyone know what to do?
