Madden 2000 problems on Windows XP

The game works fine until I get to a football game. When the football game starts the colors are totally messed up. I don't know what the problem is. I would appreciate any help I can get. .

Why waste your time with madden 2000??? Get Madden 2002 or 2003. 2002 works great with windows XP. I have had no problems.
