Wondering if anyone has this scanner and can post the power supply specs, or answer the following question: The bottom says Rating: 12V/1A, does this indicate the exact specs needed for the PS, and if not how far could I deviate from this spec if I tried a radio shack multiple setting AC/DC converter?

Had a similar problem on my mustek. It had an externel power supply. 12V. So I just took the cable and used the power from my 12V computer PSU.
