Magic: The gathering... anyone gotten this to work?

This is for the really old one from MicroProse, not the new online one. I've tried a prog called Abandon Loader to get it goin' but no dice. All the compability modes don't work either. .

Hey. I was thinking about purchasing a copy of the original magic: the gathering, but I also have Win XP. Have you figured out how to get it to work yet? If so could you please let me know. And also let me know how you got it to work? Thanks a lot!

how do you buy cards in shalandar in magic the gathering 1997? i go to a town and click buy option. but no matter what buttons i push, i can't buy any cards.???

Hi Guys,

I have managed to get a working version (with minor probs) on my XP machine.

as for buying cards in my version you just hit 'y' for yes and 'n' or 'esc' for no...
