Major overclocking problem help

This is a discussion about Major overclocking problem help in the Windows Hardware category; ok I got major problems. decided to bump vcore down to 1. 75 and run folding @home overnight to check stability. I woke up this morning to see that the system had rebooted and now i cannot access windows I just get a message that \windows\system32\system is corrupt or missing please insert cdrom and hit R to repair.

ok I got major problems. decided to bump vcore down to 1.75 and run folding @home overnight to check stability. I woke up this morning to see that the system had rebooted and now i cannot access windows I just get a message that \windows\system32\system is corrupt or missing please insert cdrom and hit R to repair. I am not savy when it comes to repairing winxp pro, please can some give me step by step instructions on how I repair this? Hopefully I do not have to toatlly reinstall. Thx
