Type this after Start, Run, to enable compatibility mode with SP2:
regsvr32 %systemroot%\apppatch\slayerui.dll
Max Payne goes back to desktop on Windows 2000 and Geforce 3 with both AMD or Pentium CPUs. The patch should be published here soon:
