Are you talking about Microsoft's own MSN site and the way they filter out non-IE browsers ?!?
 
Well, I guess I really don't have a big deal with it being on their MSN site since Microsoft wants to brand that site as a Microsoft only site, meaning best viewed and used by Microsoft only products

Alernatively, if you want to open a link in a new tab, just hold CTRL down as you click the link...
