missing EmulateSlowCpu - Please help

I cannot find this : EmulateSlowCpu (Compability fix): I use Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 4. 1. Apparently it is on 3. 0 ( But I cannot download 3. 0 anywhere). Has it been renamed or what? I require this fix for a game.

It looks like you are out of luck Dansasi. I looked at quite a few places and they all are 4.1 or 5.0 beta.

I already tried 2.6, 3.0, and 2.0 . None have that option. Although on this site, aka for DS 2 and Settlers IV people use 3.0 and they had that option. Might it be my windows version?

In following links in here, they led to 4.1 versions not 3.0 I'm not sure about the win version. Someone else on here might know more on the problem.
