MM7 Help! PLEASE!!!
This is a discussion about MM7 Help! PLEASE!!! in the Windows Games category; I got Might and Magic VII to install just fine, but I can't run it unless I'm in compatibility mode for windows 98/ME. When I do run it though the sound files skip really bad. The music plays smooth but the south files sound something like He He He Hell lo lo lo ha ha ha how ow ow ow are are are you you you.

The game runs with D3D and everything, but it will not play sound bytes smoothly. I have tried many things, disabling 3d audio, and the windows compatibility wizard. I think if it could run in XP then it wouldn't have the issue, but maybe not. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!
