When the company that made the game, Rage, closed down, the main master server for the ingame browser went with it.
Heres a game from a few years back, Mobile Forces. I wonder if anyone could shed some light on this. When the company that made the game, Rage, closed down, the main master server for the ingame browser went with it. A patch for this was made a year back that points the browser to a new server, but this server was closed too. The direct-connect IP address feature doesnt seem to work either, and any game I host doesnt show up in the GameSpy lobby for the game. I know its not a firewall problem, but what could it be? If anyone has any information on this or knows how to host a game properly, let me know. Appreciated,
