I need a Win2K phone program for a USR 33. 6 sportster voice/fax/data modem. the dialer works, but i can't hear! the guy on the other end hears me, but i can't hear him. .

I used outlook for that cause you could dial your contacts from there easily. I also have phone tools on my voice mail / fax computer. I have never used the phone tools software to make a phone call but that is something that it is supposed to do.
