Monkey Island 4: no character voice sound!

This is a discussion about Monkey Island 4: no character voice sound! in the Windows Games category; Any idea how i can the the character voices work? everything else works but not this and it spoils the game. is there a similar thing to DOSbox or SCUMM that works for this game to convert it to XP? thanks.
