Well for the highest and best bitrate quality its best to use Exact Audio Copy (EAC) and the codec of your choice, most people prefer the LAME mp3 codec for encoding. If your just looking for something that does the job then yes music match works, along with AudioCatalyst and Audio Grabber.

Just rip using Nero. Thats what I do.
