MS Photoeditor Not visible, unless MAXIMISED
I Have this problem with MS Photoeditor, bundled with MS Office 2000 Prem. You see if i open a. jpg file or something, MS photoeditor is in the taskbar, except not on the screen, if i right click on the MS PhotoEd in the taskbar 'select' Maximise, then all is fine.

I have had this problem with several separate installations of Win2K.
Is there a fix to Center a restored window to the center of the screen, because it appears that it is out of bounds, off the edge of the screen when it's window is restored.
