MSHearts on NT4
This is a discussion about MSHearts on NT4 in the Windows Games category; I once worked at a place that had lunch-time Hearts tounaments where we played over a LAN. There were NT machines as well as W98 & W95 machines all playing in the same tourament. I now work somewhere else where there are NT machines and W98 machines.

I now work somewhere else where there are NT machines and W98 machines...but I cannot get MSHearts to run on the NT machines. Is there a special version of MSHearts.exe that will run on NT boxes?

mshearts.exe from windows xp doesn't have LAN support though.
MS Hearts was one of the few applications that used NetDDE. It's possible that this was eliminated from WinXP.

I am just getting sick and tired of extracting these files over and over again.
I guess I should elaborate; I was just a bit concerned with all the new members joining just to request Hearts. I'm not really sure on the legality of distributing MS middleware.
You know I didn't even notice that, you have a point there adam. Also because I am sick of expanding those files over and over again, I am just flat out not doing it anymore. I am not going to look at this thread again.
