You have to copy it from your win\repair dir to the system32 manually. make sure its copyprotected, or it will be deleted after your next reboot.

This file dosn't exist in you win\system32 dir.
You have to copy it from your win\repair dir to the system32 manually. make sure its copyprotected, or it will be deleted after your next reboot.
note:
autoexec.nt seems to replace the older autoexec.bat from older win-versions. And Games like MtG which aren't so fresh anymore, this file is absolutly needed for emulating the old 16-bit architecture of older dos and win3x and win9x(okay thats 32-bit). puuuh. *takingsomebreath*
hope i could help
