Multi Channel Sound On SBLive!
This is a discussion about Multi Channel Sound On SBLive! in the Windows Hardware category; Strange thing. . . my computer keeps changing the speaker settings in Control Panel/Sounds & Audio Devices/Advanced from Quadrophonic Speakers (see my specs below) to Stereo Desktop Speakers. This happens usually with Winamp 2.
Strange thing ...my computer keeps changing the speaker settings in Control Panel/Sounds & Audio Devices/Advanced from Quadrophonic Speakers (see my specs below) to Stereo Desktop Speakers.
This happens usually with Winamp 2.77...around 5/10 times i don't hear my rear speakers, so I know that the Speaker Settings have somehow changed. It also happens every time I start Formula 1 2000. Even if I have just changed the setting back to Quadrophonic Speakers, the in-game audio only comes from the front speakers ....needless to say drivers are updates, the overall working state of my machine is ok.
Any ideas??? Anything will be considered, as long as it does not involve formatting and re-installing
