Hey all,
I have a situation in that is buggy me a bit. It goes something like this: I recently installed Windows Server 2003 on a test box and give it an IP off of my LAN. I also made this server a domain controller. A couple of times I needed to VPN in to my LAN so that I could get access to some files, but now I have 2 domains under My Network Places all the time. I haven't VPN in for awhile but it is still there.
So my question is, will it disappear after a given amount of time, or do I have to somehow manually remove it? Any help would be welcome. Thanks.

How long has it been there? Hours .... Days?
The browser service seems to be cachine old data, restart the service on your master browser for the segment causing this issue.

OP
Its been there for days even though I haven't VPN'd in. The second domain doesn't exist anymore, but it still shows up in the Network Neighborhood.
I tried restarting the browser service, but that didn't help. Anyone have any other ideas?
