Muse and keyboard freeze

This is a discussion about Muse and keyboard freeze in the Windows Hardware category; Mouse and keyboard tnremittently freeze. I re-formatted with XP Home, problem continues. Have Gateway GP6 400 (pent 2 400) with 256 ram. Must be a conflict but can't find it! Please help!!!!!!.
