Well considering the fact that the website doesn't even list a fix for it. Do you really want the hassle of trying to find one, when you can just as easily take it back for a new one.

no but how do i get it.
and it isnt just MY webcam. my bff and my friend in nanamio has the same prob, and so do all her frie nds. It seems to only be with this kind of cam and mike

You have a few options for that. One, look in the manual that came with the cam. Two, go to logitech's website. Plus if it happens to all your friends with the same cam, than it sounds like a crappy cam and personally I would return it for another model.
