My Cpu says CPU system failed due to overclocking

This is a discussion about My Cpu says CPU system failed due to overclocking in the Windows Hardware category; When I open windows xp,Its says Cpu system failed due to overclocking, 1st of all my system isn't overclocked ( i think) I have a intel p4 3. 4ghz LGA775, memory - 1gb-2x512mb-200gb HD,the only thing that overclocked is my video card it has cooler on it.

I did install a new heatsink _Artic freezer 7_

After installin heatsink cpu turns off why ?
