my sims keep crashing when it gets to.............

This is a discussion about my sims keep crashing when it gets to............. in the Windows Games category; Can anybody help me everytime i put the sims in it loads to the computing matrix and then it crashes. . any suggestions because im totally lost. .

Can anybody help me everytime i put the sims in it loads to the computing matrix and then it crashes..any suggestions because im totally lost.

Win2003 and an internal error has occurred.

Is this the orginal Sims or Sims 2?

What are your system specifications?
Like processor, memory, motherboard, graphics card and Windows version.
