NASCAR Heat Locks after qualify

This is a discussion about NASCAR Heat Locks after qualify in the Windows Games category; I am running NASCAR HEAT under Win2k, I have the compatibility update installed all the latest drivers etc. . It locks up after qualifying, while it is loading for the rac. . . anyone have insight? Thanks DAve.
