Maybe it's your hardware. What's your hardware and OS?
Good for you, you got it running. Minewon't run at all. I got WinXP Pro on AthlonXP 1900+/Gigabyte GA-7VRX, with 256MBMB KingMax DDR333Mhz, GeForce4 MX-440 64MB DDR, 40GB Barracuda hard drive.
I wonder how comes, since NBA Live 2001 runs well on my older WinME on Athlon 900MHz, Asus A7V-133, with 128MB PQI PC-133 SDRAM.
I heard there's v1.1 update, I tried the Check for Updates in program group menus, nothing seems to work from there.
Anybody has a hint, kindly share.

i have windows xp home an amd 1.47 processor a nvedia 32 meg graphics card and sound blaster sound card and 80 gig. hard drive and 512 meg ram
