Need DirectX 7.0 on NT 4.0 SP6a
How can I install DirectX 7. 0 or trick NT to support programs which require DirectX 7. 0? I'm trying to install a new version of Magic the Gathering on my NT box, but the program requires DirectX 7.
How can I install DirectX 7.0 or trick NT to support programs which require DirectX 7.0?
I'm trying to install a new version of Magic the Gathering on my NT box, but the program requires DirectX 7.0. MS only supports 6.0 for NT. Is there a registration entry I can tweak, an unsupported upgrade or some other method to do this?
Thanks,

Well, I've been running DX6 on my NT4 box without problems for a while now. I haven't seen a DX7 hack though. Maybe time to upgrade to Win2K?

Are you sure you're trying to install the Windows 2000 DirectX?
