It depends on what exactly you mean by "not working." Can you install it? Or does it install but screws up when you go to play it?

Need For Speed High Stakes Doesnt work when i install the Drivers that has OPENGL for my ATI 32 MB Rage Fury Pro

Works great for me. Just installed it and I was all set.
Just installed fine, and plays great for me on XP Pro.
High Stakes uses Direct3D not OpenGL, make sure your Direct3D is working by using DirectX Diagnostics. Hit run and type in dxdiag, [assuming it is still with WinXP] Check ATI's site for news regarding XP drivers for Rage 128 based cards, I don't think they are out yet and the ones from XP's CD won't support advanced features like Direct3D, but you may have luck with Win2k drivers.
