Ok... i have a home built computer... used to be top class a few years back when i built it lol

its currently got a P3 933mhz which i am soon upgrading.

the question is, i have my GeForce 3 Ti200 with 64mb of ram... and also my dad has some GeForce 4 MX4000 128mb 8x AGP...

my dad runs a computer buisness so i can get any cards... but i want to know which out of these is better for games liek Unreal Tournament 2004 (5.5GB - highly stressful game)

so which card is better??? i might even upgrade my card too, but i need to save as much money as possible... any help???

Google is your friend.

Your GF3 is "better", better as in faster but obviously not "better" as in it doesn't have as much memory as the GF4.

so my GF3 would be better for running games than my GF4???

Don't blame yourself too much. It's Nvidia's/Amd/Intel's terrible marketing that confuses people.
