Have you checked out http://www.etestinglabs.com/main/reports/microsoft.asp?
It's pretty basic, but all in pdf, and has comparisons to Win2k - 98se.
Here's the direct link discussing the stability of XP i read it and didn't fall asleep in the first 5 minutes....that must mean something.
