Need help setting up user permissions on a stand alone w2k P

This is a discussion about Need help setting up user permissions on a stand alone w2k P in the Everything New Technology category; I need help for a project at work. We have 30+ printers that we are connecting to a computer so that our customers can load a pic from a floppy or CD and then print it out on whichever printer they are looking to purchase.

I want to set up a print user account with permission only to the CD ROM the floppy and printers.

I would set file associations and things like that.

I have to forbid any other settings that could change the wallpapaer or screen saver.

I don't want "I have a huge c*ck" flashing on the screen saver just because the local 8th graders seem to think its hilarious.

Thanks guys,

You can accomplish most of everything that you wish to do through Local Group Policies (if this is a workgroup environmet), NTFS permissions, and if you need to isolate them further ... here are links to some 3rd party applications.
