Need Help with Fix a problem

My neighbor is running 98se and 2000 dual booting. hes asking me that if he can reinstall 98se what would he have to do. Myself Im running 2000 pro(98 sucks) so I really can give him my opinion cause I never done that! lmk what to do for this guy! thanks NOKIA.
