Need help with HP Burner

This is a discussion about Need help with HP Burner in the Windows Hardware category; I have a HP 9100i and i can not get it to burn cd's but it will read them. I can not find drivers for it and the list on the site says they work. So. . . any help would be nice. thx. .

You shouldn't need to get any drivers for it in Win2k. All you need is burning software, like Easy CD Creator or Nero.

well i think i got it to work. i just reinstalled directcd. and it worked

I have a 9110i (almost the same) and the funny thing is that you can put it to burn at 10x (the factory is at 8x).....
 
Don't you just love firmware updates!!!
