need help with norton

This is a discussion about need help with norton in the Windows Security category; I have just 1 account with administrator rights on win zp home edition but NIS keep tell in me that I don't have it when I tried to configure the settings. Can someone tell me how to restore those rights? Tank's a lot Eli.
