Netscape Connect keeps losing connection

I use Netscape Connect (used to be Wal-Mart Connect) and it keeps losing the connection. It starts up normally and everything but after maybe somewhere aroung 20 minutes it shuts down. I can't figure out what the problem is! Someone please help! It gets really annoying!.

Regarding Netscape Connect- I have been a user for about 8 months (when it was still WalMart connect). At the beginning I had the same problem, I was disconnected after a few minutes of service, what help correct the problem for me was turning off my firewall...but, please invest in some sort of virus protection prior to this. I belive this will fix your problem too.

Thank you farjos! In farjos's answer to spirit_wolf, turning off the firewall did the trick for me. I never had trouble with WalMart connect,then they switched to Netscape connect and I started getting booted off about 10- 15 min. every time I got online!! I have now been online, at this time, about 1hr. Thanks again farjos!!!
