This is a discussion about network control... in the Everything New Technology category; i am running a small network of 5 computers on a workgroup setup, most of teh machines running xp the other running 98se. I would like to have the ability to stop some users using the internet connection that is shared at certain times.

I think Iprism does. A lot of the Kid's secure software claims to have this ability. This stuff gets pretty expensive.
