network routing with rras? need help

This is a discussion about network routing with rras? need help in the Windows Networking category; I got rras installed and configured manually to be a router. The problem is it doesn't route. What do I need to do to make the two networks, 192. 168. 0. 0 and 192. 168. 3. 0 talk to each other? The setup is as follows: 192.

I got rras installed and configured manually to be a router. The problem is it doesn't route.
What do I need to do to make the two networks, 192.168.0.0 and 192.168.3.0 talk to each other?
 
The setup is as follows:
 
192.168.3.101 (wireless client)
|
192.168.3.1 (linksys router)
|
192.168.3.2 (ethernet)
Windows 2003 Router
192.168.0.11 (ethernet)
|
HUB---------Windows 2003 Internet Gateway (192.168.0.2)
|
192.168.0.10
Windows 2003 (PDC)
