Networked Win2000 checking for open files
Hi, I have a PC running Win2000 Pro which has another PC running WinNT4 networked to it. When i shutdown the Win2000 machine, it does not check to see whether the WinNT has any files open that reside on the Win2000 machine.
Hi,
I have a PC running Win2000 Pro which has another PC running WinNT4 networked to it. When i shutdown the Win2000 machine, it does not check to see whether the WinNT has any files open that reside on the Win2000 machine. If i look in the System Properties ? area, it does know that files are beinf used by the WinNT machine.
How do i force Win2000 to check for open shared files.
Thanks, Mark
