New 3dfx beta drivers: Question!

Where are my refresh rate of 85 Hz in games like Quake 3 and UT gone??? I have now 2 Monitors: Standard TV and my normal PC monitor. I can't deinstall the TV, cause it comes back after next rebooting.

I don't know if this has any drawbacks, but this is how I did it: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\3dfxvs\Device0\TIMINGS. There are the video modes one key for each mode. Now open for example the 800,600 key, and delete the 60hz, 75hz and all the other keys except for the 85hz (or whatever the resolution you want to have). Remember to back up that portion of the registry if it for some reason doesn't work.
