Out of curiousity, what are the current specs? Is the server co-located, hosted, or your own?
The current specs are:
Compaq ProLiant 320
Pentium III 1GHz
512MB Ram
40MB IDE harddisk (Maxtor?)
The server is hosted at www.rackshack.net

The average CPU usage was around 30-40%.
The main problem was the software installation (Red Hat 7.2 with Ensim):
1) PHP crashed random with memory errors ( http://www.ntcompatible.com/thread23057-1.html)
2) Sometime Apache crashed during the logrotation reload at 4:00AM in the morning ( http://forum.ev1servers.net/showthread.php?threadid=31746)
3) Updates may break the server ( http://forum.ev1servers.net/showthread.php?threadid=25172)
4) Red Hat 7.2 end of life 12/31/03
