New ti4600 - Device cannot start. (Code 10)
This is a discussion about New ti4600 - Device cannot start. (Code 10) in the Windows Hardware category; I have two partitions with the same OS. For some reason I'm getting this error message on one of them. On the other it works just fine. I've done the typical uninstall/reinstall procedure through safe mode, but it didn't help.

i also have dual 2.2's on a p4dc6+
had the same error too.
it happened right after the install and reg clean. tried a lot of things but in the end it turned out to be a poor xp load.
i reloaded the system and it worked/works fine.

Try to uninstall / reinstall drivers.
If that doesnt work, take out the video card, and resit the card.
