NFS porsche with 1Gb RAM
This is a discussion about NFS porsche with 1Gb RAM in the Windows Games category; Hello. I have still a big problem with NFS5 on my system. NFS3 and NFS 4 are working great, but I can't play with NFS5. It crashes after the video's introductions, going back to windows. I delete the gimme.
Hello. I have still a big problem with NFS5 on my system. NFS3 and NFS 4 are working great, but I can't play with NFS5. It crashes after the video's introductions, going back to windows. I delete the gimme.dll file, and my swapfile is 256-500. My system is:
Motherboard MSI 6120 bios 1.9
2XPIII 450
1GB RAM (that's the point!)
U2WScsi hard drives (9 and 18 Go) on 2940u2w adaptec, last bios and drivers
Hercules GF2 GTS 64Meg, drivers 6.18 nvidia
soundcard Diamond mx300 drivers aureal 2048
win2k with sp1 and last compatibility patch
All my other games are working perfectly(Grand prix Legend, Monaco racing simulation, GP3) with my ffracing wheel (ferrari guillemot), but NFS5 is still a failure for me. as anybody a solution with so much RAM? (I use it for Photoshop and 3dsmax)
