I tried to run Need for speed 5 on a Pentium III with 256mb of RAM and an Matrix G400 under win2k.
Result: The game never got past the first loading screen (after the intro video). It hangs there, it eat up ALL memory. In the Task Manager it says that 800+ megs is used.
The game runs perfect in win98 on the same machine.

Any ideas? Everything appreciated.
