I need HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!! Have got to the end of stage 3, all races that I can find are done and won. I have upgraded as far as I can with the money I have. ($350 left) Where do I go from here?????????.

Go to NFSUnlimited.net, you won't get much help here. But make sure you have done all the Outrun races as well, you need upgrade parts and unique parts to get a higher visual star rating, you need to finish whatever contract you signed and the contract details require you to get on DVD covers too.
