NHL 2001 DirectX Error...please help
This is a discussion about NHL 2001 DirectX Error...please help in the Windows Games category; I've recently upgraded to DirectX 8 then 8a, and since then, I've been no longer been able to play NHL 2001. . . The error I get is You do not have DirectX 7. Please install DirectX 7. Could not load (null) Any ideas on how to fix? I'd really like to play this game.

Well, why don't u reinstall DX 7?
Anyone else have this problem? I was about to move to dx8a, but I won't if this happens.
I am having the same problem with a Win2k system. Can anyone tell me how to uninstall directx from Win2K?
