No More conntection to network computer than 10

I Have installed w2k proffessional. i have the central database on it and i share it to other user, but when the summa of all connections to this computer reach 10 connetctions, no one can made the other connection, and the database is unavailable for others.

(i know that w2k server supposts this option, but i dont wanna make this so).How can i change this number of connections to computer?

You can't. That's one of the limitations of using Windows 2000 Pro.
 
NT4 Workstation had a similar limitation in it. There was a hack that turned NT4W into NT4S as far as connections went, but I don't think there is one for 2K Pro.
 
If there is, I'm sure someone will be along and tell you what it is and where to find it, but I suspect the best thing to do is upgrade to Windows 2000 Server.

Please don't ask for cracks or modifications to the OS that are attempts to bypass existing licensing restrictions.
