i can't run nolf on windows xp updates won't work and it keep saying not a valid win32 application how can i fix it?

I played NOLF just the other day with the update and all, crack from www.gamecopyworld.com
Game played flawless and nice and fast(unlike in win2k) I could actually play the game at 1280x1024 @ 32b color and it wasn't the slug that it was in win2k.
Try reinstalling the game.
