No Sound

This is a discussion about No Sound in the Windows Hardware category; Hey. I just changed the case for my computer. . that's all I did (!), now. . I can't get any sound to work !. . . my motherboard is an ECS P800-M2 with an Realtek Audio Controller. . . I used a driver detector program and it said it had to install new updated drivers for my audio.

You did not mention where your speakers are connected. Front panel or on the rear line out audio connector of the motherboard?
 
Does sound work on either (assuming that the case has a front panel audio option and you did not mention what case you are using)?
